A planning application for a new convienience store on the Bath Road at Castle Hill.
This is currently a boarded up old filling station. Its at a busy junction with Boyndon Road next to the Windsor Castle Pub, the School and opposite the Co-op local shop.
There are plenty of local shops already we have a Tesco in the town centre along with Sainsbury's new big supermarket.
The planning application is bound by certain rules that limited the advice the planning officers can give the elected members.
